Position: Dance Teacher

Location: Ms. Sabrina’s Dance Academy- 2700 Yulupa Avenue, Suite 19, Santa Rosa

Ms. Sabrina's Dance Academy is seeking a passionate, patient, and caring Dance Teacher to join our team! If you love working with children and have a background in dance, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

·        Teach creative movement and ballet classes to children ages 2-10, utilizing provided lesson plans and playlists

·        Choreograph engaging and age-appropriate recital dances

·        Assist in recital preparation and operations

·        Cultivate a positive, nurturing, and compassionate environment for all students

·        Prioritize child development and well-being in all aspects of teaching

·        Daily cleaning of studio and props

Qualifications:

·        Must be 18 years of age or older

·        Punctual and reliable

·        Demonstrated experience in dance

·        Some experience working with young children (ages 2-10 preferred)

·        A genuine love for working with children

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Patience, creativity, and a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning experience

·        Passion for dance and sharing that passion with others

Employment Type: Part-time. Morning and afternoon availability required.

Compensation: $21- $23/Hour (DOE)
